I’m running for School Board because it’s time for our schools to focus on academic excellence, not theatrics.
As your voice on the School Board, I will prioritize transparency, respect and collaboration to give our children the world-class education they deserve.
I watched for years while the school system made decisions that negatively impacted the learning, social development, and emotional well being of my children and countless others. Like so many of the parents I’ve met and spoken with, I know that our children deserve so much better.

As a retired PWC educator, I still take an active interest in PWC Schools. Students should be the first priority. I know Erica will be the person to represent Brentsville in this important position!
Who to pick for PWC School Board? That’s easy…. It’s Erica Tredinnick. She’s a fierce mother who’s been in the trenches fighting for parental rights and the protection of all students. As a mother of 3 she is completely devoted to her sons. As a strong Christian, she’s devoted to God. As a PWC resident, she will be devoted to the residents in her district to ensure parents have a voice on the school board where there has previously been none.
I have full confidence in Erica to bring about the right kind of change we need for our kids! She will work tirelessly to do what’s right for kids and ensure that parents are at the heart of every child’s education in Prince William County Public Schools! She will support teachers, involve parents, and back common sense policy so every child learns in a rigorous and challenging environment that is safe and prepares our children for the future.
Erica has been deeply involved in the Brentsville District and has helped lead the charge to do what is right for the children. She will be a strong and fair voice as the Brentsville District School Board Representative.

I’m absolutely thrilled Erica Tredinnick has chosen to run for the School Board. She has been a fixture in our elementary, middle, and high schools for years — serving as PTO president, cheering on hers and others children in sporting events, and volunteering hundreds of hours to give back to our children and our teachers. Erica is the smiling face our students need to see visiting their schools. She is the fighter that teachers need advocating for them on the school board. And, most importantly, she is a mom. She is a mom that understands parent concerns about what should be taught in schools and what should be taught in the home. She will be steadfast in her prayers and her fight for you and your children.
I personally know that Erica is going to be a great candidate based on her passion to provide great resources and experiences for students! She has spent years bridging the gap between students, teachers, administrators, and parents in order to elevate the learning experience all around.
I am thrilled to be able to endorse Erica Tredinnick as a candidate for Prince William County School Board. Erica is passionate about ensuring that our children will receive a quality education. I believe she will stand up for parents and our rights to educate and guide our children as we see fit. Erica is a long time resident of the county and has experienced with us some of the consequences of poor leadership. I know she will stand strong and pursue decisions that are in the best interests of our children and families. She is hardworking, and will fight strong for conservative values.
Erica has always been passionate about the growth and education of our students. As a mother, she has seen, first-hand, the impact that bad policies have had on our children over in the past. She isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo to make sure that parents are put back in charge of our childrens’ education and hold the county accountable to do what it takes to see them succeed.
Erica Tredinnick can be best described in these 3 words: fierce, compassionate, and invested. Fierce, because she is not afraid to challenge the status quo and the elites who put global politics and woke culture over the needs our children, Parents, Teachers, & local residents. She works well under pressure & articulates what many can not. When she speaks it’s from the heart and with conviction. Compassionate, because she understands the the concerns Parents have in regard to their kids learning, public education, & the need for transparency in the curriculum. Parents voices should be heard & validated. Erica always lends a listening ear and is helpful in finding solutions that are fair and respectful. Invested, because Erica is always there!! She shows up & is present for the schools in our area; in school activities & sporting events. Always involved, engaged, and giving countless hours & resources as a volunteer. These examples & more are why I fully support Erica in her run for the School Board. Proud to call her my friend for the last ten years & confident in the job she will do as our future school board Rep.
Erica is not just a community leader, but a living testament to the old adage that it “takes a village” to raise a child. She cares about helping the child whose family has fallen on hard times, the teacher who needs more pencils, or the neighbor needing solace. Erica’s love for others is a driving force in her desire to leave the world better than she found it. I can think of no better candidate to represent the needs of our community than Erica. She’s honest, fair, and the definition of grit personified, all with a sense of humor and smile on her face. Erica’s invested in providing better working conditions for teachers and better school environments for children. She’s not interested in playing games but in fighting fair, so every PWC student and employee has an opportunity to shine in their own way.
I’ve never felt more supported as a teacher than when Erica was our PTO president. She did everything in her power to make the teachers feel respected. Whatever we needed for our classrooms or to help make learning more engaging was provided to us by her PTO. We were spoiled with lunches and gift cards and notes of appreciation constantly and it made everyone feel loved by our families and appreciated for the hard work we did each day.
